Remove starter from 1977, 70 hp Evinrude

I'm embarassed to ask, but can anyone help with the removal of the starter from 1977,70 hp Evinrude. I removed two bolts from the side of the starter, but something else is holding the starter. Thanks

There is a third bolt, hidden behind the carburetor cover. You can try to get at it with the cover in place, but it is MUCH easier to do if you remove the cover...

Many, many thanks. I think it would not be possible to find that third bolt without removing the carb cover.
