2 hp Evinrude/Johnson long shaft????

Did Evinrude/Johnson ever make a long shaft (20") 2hp engine? If so. could you identify it by the model or serial number?

I don't know if they ever had a factory long or not. Well yes I just now found at least one, 1998 model 2RLEC
But other years had available extension kits (which of course would not change the model number when installed)

I've never seen an extension for a '70's type 2hp.. doesn't mean they don't exist. Call tim's outboard 218-682-2331.. if anyone will know, they will. You'd need 5" exhaust housing extension, long drive shaft, and long water tube (or 5" extension).

kbait, you've never seen a long 2hp? Bet you've never seen one of these either. I saw the one I installed. Sure makes a strange looking critter
