Hey Folks, I'm having issue with my 115 HP 4 cycle 2 stroke Johnson bogging down when I accelerate? The outboard will bog down then pick up multiple times before settling out. I've changed the plugs, squeezed the fuel bulb when it bogged down as well as replaced the fuel filter. Also, on the throttle I feel a shock sensation....I'm wondering if it could be a grounding issue related to the ignition?? Could it be to much oil mixing in the gas/fuel?? If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has a solution, I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks!
