1999 johnson 150 jet settings?

I have a johnson 150 and I am wondering what the stock carb jet settings are?

I am talking about the two brass adjustable screws on the left side of the carb? I do not know how many turns out they are right now I have not touched them but they all seem to be in different positions...

Engine sneezes at start up a couple times.. Idles fine. I am not sure these screws have anything to do with wot performance or not.

I had thought only one adjustment was on those carbs. The spec for it varies by HP and year. It was multiple turns out. I would recommend an OEM Service manual, where it is listed.

there are two screws on the carb. I just want to know settings. Anyone?
