Hello

I have a 1993 evinrude intruder 175 hp model e175glet

has 110 compression in all cylynders but 1 which is 100

I have not / and probably never has been de-carbed

motor runs good / has CDI problem (ordered DVA to trouble shoot) may need new powerpack

is this enough compression to make it worth putting a little money into ?

I welcome your thoughts

thanks

Yes, miker, that is okay for that engine which was a low compression outboard. That cylinder that is 100psi might just come up with a decarb.
