1997 Johnson 200 venom ignition problems help??????

Ive replaced the ignition switch two power packs two timer bases and stators. Now ive got spark on all but one cylinder #6. ive followed the seloc manual to the letter as well as the cdi web site and im getting frustrated can anyone help me?

im really at a lose guys any help would be greatly appreciated! Can a little rust on the timer base points cause this no spark on one cylinder or could the timer base I bought be bad and causing this problem?
