1994 Evinrude 15 HP

Just got inherited a 1994 Evinrude 15hp outboard (E15EERE) any body have any info on this engine? My mom could not find the owners manual. I ordered a manual online, but I would like to start a tune up. It hasn't been run in probably 8 years.

Welcome to the forum.
Look at the top of the page in the "Top Secret File", there are some articles in there about reviving a stored engine as well as several other articles that might be of intrest to you.
Don't be afraid to to come back and ask questions, there are a lot of experienxed people here that will help you out.

Took my Evinrude to someone who knew what they are doing. Got it back a few days ago. Started on the second pull. I was very excited.

I didn't want to seem like an idiot, but my Evinrude has an electric start. Where the heck is the starter switch?
