I've been sorting out a bunch of issues on my new to me 1992 Johnson 150. The latest revolves around WOT engine speed. My latest addition to the boat was a tachometer which allowed me to discover that I'm only getting about 4800-5000 RPM at WOT, and I believe I should be up somewhere around 5800. As I started looking into why, I realized that I was able to manually push the throttle linkage further, and open the butterfly valves more with my fingers than with the remote control. I traced the linkage back, and now believe I am missing a sleeve on the "roller, cam follower", or part # 54 on the following page:

I measured what I believe to be the roller, without the sleeve to be about .280". Does anyone know what the diameter is with the sleeve. I plan on picking up a new roller/sleeve tommorow, but was just wondering if people think I'm on the right track.
