I don't have the diagram but I'm wondering if you may have blown the inline power fuse that is located in one of the smaller RED wires leading from the starter solenoid.
The purple wire should supply the gauges with power. See if it has voltage on it. If not check the red/purple wire for voltage. If no voltage there, check fuse between red wire and red/purple wire.
