1981 Johnson 115hp, will flat exhaust covers work?

I was given a 1981 115 HP Johnson, J115TLCIH.

Motor has issues but I think it is salvageable.

For some reason, a PO put 140hp inner and outer exhaust covers on it. I would like to install 115hp exhaust covers back on it.

These covers were of the bubble back variety. The only replacements I have come across are of the flat back variety.

My question is "Can I install the flat back inner and outer exhaust covers on this motor?"

Did he cut block divider for the 140 exhaust to actually work? Was exhaust deflectors installed?

Doesn't look like he cut anything. One of the deflectors is missing about 1/3 of it. This thing gets more screwed up the further I dig into it. Only thing I have invested in it is wrench time. Gonna strip the good parts off of it, scrap the rest, and put my time and resources into one of my other project motors. Thanks for the observations. This thing has black hole written all over it.
