bolt torque specs '86 evinrude 60hp

I am replacing the head gasket on my 86 Evinrude 60hp and need to know the torque specs for putting the bolts back in. I rushed into it like a moron and didn't check them before I took them out. I was guessing around 18 but want to be sure.

18 to 20 foot pounds in the following sequence.

9....10
5.....6
1.....2
4.....3
8.....7

Continue on in an ever widening circle.
