Fuel bulb not keeping gas in it at low speeds

My 1988 johnson 200 stalls at idle speeds and acts like its outa gas. After some pumping of the bulb. Maybe five minutes it is full again and starts. Has not happened when going fast and runs fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Shawn

Does it hold prime when the engines off?
Bulb might need replacing
