I have a 30 min ride at headway speed (1200 RPM) before I can throttle up.Usual WOT rpm is about 4400. I don?t know why but occasionally WOT kicks up from 44 to 5100 on its own.
So yesterday at WOT it ran at 4400 rpm for about 5 minutes then sped up to 5K. A few minutes later she suddenly kicks up to about 6100 RPM?s. I?m thinking wow she running great - Then she ran out of fuel!
Runs good except RPM issue. Any ideas what happened?
1993 evinrude 140 Large gearcase V4 on 20? WA. Bought last season.Replaced all fuel line and rebuild carb beginning of season because of the low RPM issues.
