OEM vs CDI power pack for 2000 V4? Whats the dif?

I am refurbishing a 2000 Johnson V4.

So, I am trying to save money, but I don't want to put in cheap parts.

I found the power pack OEM (0586292) for $217 and the CDI power pack (113-6292) for $183.
