20 hp evinrude need to find year or model #

i cant find a serial # or plate or sticker on motor mount dont know where the welsh plug is found any help?also has a place to hook up to eletric start on motor. I found the plug and the numbers on it are C0078463

The welsh plug should be found on either the top or side of the block. About the size of a quarter.

I found the plug it has the numbers COO 78463 DOES THAT HELP?
