So my compression was as follows..
1st Cylinder - 90
2nd Cylinder - 110
3rd Cylinder - 120

Read around, figured some sea foam MAY help the top cylinder, doing a decarb.
Mixed 50:1 in a gallon of gas, then poured 3/4 of a 16oz bottle of sea foam in a gas can.
Motor started up, ran for about 10 minutes, then died out on me.
I let it sit for awhile, tried to fire it up, nada..
Even spraying some in the carbs, nada.. Sprayed some in the spark plug holes... nada...

Ideas?

Yep, they had some fuel on them. Now, the fuel pump has been acting funky, but I have a rebuild kit on the way. When I pulled all three spark plugs, they were a bit dirty. I cleaned them off, it tried to fire once without the top (low compression) plug in.

I'm about ready to call it quits on this engine and call it a loss.. B.O.A.T. -- not worth it, maybe I'm just getting discouraged. The boat repair guy told me to not waste my money with it, that it's a dinosaur. But I'm determined.

edit -- It DID fire once without the top plug in, but won't with it in.
