Was out in the boat today, have a Johnson 88 SPL, and it was running fine. Stopped for a little bit for some fishing, then went to move locations. Started up fine. But when I went to give it gas, it would die on me. Ended up having to putter back in nice and slow. Seems like a fuel issue.
Brought the boat back, unhooked the tank (It's an above deck portable tank). This thing popped out of the line
The line is only about 2 months old, from West Marine. Gas tanks are new too (and they leak, ugh).
Anyways, I will be returning the line for a new one soon, just wondering if this piece could make that happen?
If not, where should I start?
