I have a 96 Johnson 115 ocean runner that won't idle. Carbs were rebuilt approximately three months ago, and I have a racor water/fuel separator installed with a new filter. Engine had really been run except on muffs after the carb rebuild and it idled fine at that point. Engine seems to stay running at 1000rpms, but won't idle without using the electric primer to keep it going. New fuel lines from tank to primer bulb and there are no apparent leaks. The fuel filter on the motor is also clean as well as the plugs. Still seems like a fuel delivery issue. What am I missing? Thanks for all the help.
