so I have a 1959 Johnson fd 13 18hp. it runs tip top. sadly the engine cover blew off going down the highway and suffered damage (was able to repair it) however the lower mount is now missing the latch and it banged up pretty good and since I went through the painstaking process of fixing the fiberglass hood I would like the whole engine to look as good as it runs. parts are impossible to find for this model and I'd like to know if anyone out there knows if I can use the hood and lower mount from the same model year Johnson QD 20 10hp? if so that would be stelar as there is a hood and lower mount on ebay... or if anyone has any idea where I can find what I'm looking for I would most certainly appreciate it!!!
