I have the opportunity to buy a 1993 Johnson Tracker 60 HP outboard for $1995. They tell me the motor runs good. They removed the VRO pump and converted it to a mix. The price includes installation on my boat. They will take us out to test it, and give us the summer to use it and fix any problems. Looking at some NADA sites the average retail price shows $300, which does not seem quite right. Can anyone give me some advice as to whether or not I am over paying for this motor?
