Johnson 30 hp reverse gear

I have a reverse gear for 1988 Johnson 30 hp that does not have the steel bushing in it.I have not been able to find the bushing without having to buy the whole gear.Does anyone know where I can locate a bushing at.any help is appreciated.

Why do you think it is a steel bushing? Nevertheless, the reverse gear bushing is part number 319635. Get it from an Evinrude dealer.
