1974 evinrude 115 gearcase compatibility

Hi All,

I'm searching and seem to be getting different info... i'm looking to find out which lower units will bolt on to my 74 evinrude 115. I have a l/u from a '86 90 hp an wondering if it'll fit...

Any V-4 from 1977 and lower..
