Cracked motor mount on the powerhead 1979 35 hp Evinrude

What are my options?
right now it leaks exhaust like crazy and will only run with the cowling off
Any one else had this problem?

Not exactly undestand what part you are referring to, maybe post a few pictures for a better idea and answer... Also model number would be helpful too...
