We are experiencing problems with the engine. When i give full gas the engine is like stuck in a low gear. It wont excelarate and the boot wont plane. Its like it is not getting enough gas so stuck in gear. It feels like the boot is having trouble going forward. I changed the powerpack but this does not seem to solve the problem. I dont know what else it can be. Any ideas?
