The lower Carb. Leaks fuel out of the Overflow above the Bowl. I cleaned it and Replaced the float. This did not help. I removed the Float valve port, Cleaned it. Still no luck. If I leave the fuel on ,it will fill the Cyclender. It seems the Float is not seating. Will a carb kit fix this? When the lower stops leaking, the second one up starts leaking. What is going on here? Please help.
