1975 Johnson 75hp Stinger 2 compression, tilt trim

Working on motor I just picked up. Was unable to check it running so got it cheap. Compression is 120, 118, 120. I understand that they are all close enough to each other so I am good there. Anyone know what the compression should be or started out as?

This motor also has a "tilt assist" I would prefer to have a power tilt/trim. I already have a rebuilt and working cmc tilt/trim unit rated for this size and could use that. Would you do that or get one that was made for this motor?
