i have a 1998 115 evinrude ocean pro
i have changed a bunch of things given it a tune up and changed the water pump and t-stats and plugs then started it up and got a very strong stream out the back and the cracks on the lower unit but nothing out the prop is this right or what should i do why does the water come out the sides im new to this motor so any one help me out thanks
