2001 Evinrude (Suzuki) 4 stroke trim and tilt leak

I have a leak around the shaft of the single trim and tilt ram. Looks like there is no seal that is available seperatley, do I have to buy the tank to fix the problem?

BTW: It is a 70hp

Go to shop.evinrude.com and look up your mtr. The parts break down shows an oring and I don't know if that acts as the seal or not. If not, you may have to buy the whole tank.

The schematic does not show a seal in the tank, that's why I assumed you had to replace it. Ordered the the seal kit yesterday.
