evinrude pressurized tank

hello, I know this is not a boat topic,but I have an old pressurized tank that I want to replace the gasket and repaint. Trouble is I can't break all the screws loose. Sprayed them down and let them sit. No luck. Any ideas? Drill the head off then use vise grips? Thx

Use a small impact driver. You can get em at Harbor Freight cheap. You hammer it and it turns the screws.

Be careful though, that you don't cave in the top of the can.
