The lines are clear ,if I keep pumping it up it will run nice ,What the world do I have here now ?

you either have a leaky connector at the engine ( air escaping before the tank), or the tank is leaking pressure quite bad (cap not tight or it needs a rebuild kit), or...but not likely, there is an issue at the check valves in the manifold. start with the easy checks.

Help my finger on nipple on manifold while plugging the air line suddenly got air to move ,hooked back up ,wont run low speed ,went to ajust low settinf ,and could feel I now have air flowing out the front of carb
