Hello,
I have been searching for a replacement plug for my engine to replace the origional plugs. I read that the recomended plug on here is the QL77JC4 and after reaseaching more i found another thread that says to use the updated plug QL82C posted by a moderator so i figured ok im good to go, but farther down there was a post saying thats for a 115. any kind of help here would be great. Also this forum is great I have learned and solved a few problems just by reading threads here!!

Stick with the Champion QL77JC4 spark plug. The original recommended gap was .040 but was revised in the late 1990's to .030 but try both gaps when you get the chance. One or the other may provide improved performance at either idle or full throttle (it varies from engine to engine). The .030 gap provides longer plug life.

Thank you for the reply, I picked these plugs up and took the boat out yesturday, ran so much smoother on idle and made cold starting much faster.
