+1. They're the same motor(s). I like the look of the FDs better, but that's probably because I have one I love my '66 FD-20C, 20 hp. Very zippy and fairly light weight. Some of the best power-to-weight ever found in an outboard. Mine will push me +/- 20 mph in my 14' semi-V hull aluminum boat all day on about 3 gallons of gas. Not the greatest mileage, but not the worst either. It runs very clean even at 24:1 mix. You can actually run 50:1 on most models, but I like to err on the side of caution.
