1989 120 hp johnson v4 no juice

shut it off at the end of the lake and it hasnt started since.nothing at key,no tilt on throttle or motor,can cross over at solenoid to turn over and can crossover at tilt to lift engine,have checked for fuses and pulled every plug apart and cleaned,tried different cdi ,help,summers running out in the arctic.

There should be a 25/30 amp fuse located close to the starter solenoid; also, check that throttle is in nuetral and your kill swich lanyard is pushed on correctly. Hope this is one of them.
