The pee hole for the water in the head unit is disconnected and I can not figure out where it is supposed to attach to. I have checked videos, looked for manuals even ran the motor to see if water came shooting out of somewhere. Is there anyone that would have a photo or diagram showing exactly where the hook up coming from the engine would be on its way to the pee holeIMG00123-20120902-1409.jpg

There is a large plate located between the cylinder heads (exhaust baffle plate). The water telltale outlet (plastic fitting) would be located at the bottom starboard (right) side of it.

I disconnected the lines and confirmed that the water is running through the cylinder heads for cooling, i already checked that, would that mean that it will still be cooling enough for running?

The tell-tale is only an indicator of water pump operation, it does not need the tell-tale for engine cooling. You can run without it, but it is nice to have a visual indicator for the water pump operation.

That is not a standard exhaust baffle plate of a 1982 115hp model and the coloration of that plate immediately came across to me as a 1973 135hp tuned exhaust baffle plate. What is the model number of that engine?

If the model number indicates a 115hp model, then someone has tried to Mickey Mouse upgrade the hp to a 140hp model. The 115hp baffle plate is flat, not bulged out.
