Pulling powerhead 1996 Evinrude 30hp

I'm trying to remove the powerhead to have a stud filled with weld, but I cannot figure out how to remove it from the lower leg. I have all the accessories off the powerhead and removed the bolts underneath that are attached to the leg. Do I need to remove the lower unit and all to access some hidden bolts that to through to the underside of the powerhead?

Look at the front of the p/h underneath the carb and you might find a nut on a stud still holding it down.
