1973 Evinrude 25hp sportster

I got a boat a few years back and it came with a motor. The motor was not in working condition and needed a new drive shaft. I found one for $250 and never put the thing together. There are a few gears that have some teeth chewed up but other than that its in really good condition. I was wondering what everyone thought I could get out of it if I parted it out and where could I do that. Here is a link to craigslist i posted it and a lot of people are offering around $200 for it and that's all. I had it at $400 for a long time and not one person wanted it.

$200 is fair - take it

I bought a runner for $100 last year (no tiller handle) and a parts motor with a bad lower (but electric start) for $100 this year
