Hi everyone,, You've got a newbie here. Just got a 1990 evinrude 115 mod# TE115TLETS. Could anyone verify that this is indeed a 1990 and if its a crossflow or looper design. If not what year did the 115's become loopers. Thanks. Any info on this outboard would be greatly appreciated.
