1976 Johnson Seahorse Control and Throttle Cables??

I was wondering were the cheapest place to order both of these cables from. They both are rusted and shot and when i look on ebay etc... all i see is 1979 to present. Is there universal ones that work for this year? Please help, i really want to get this boat on the water asap.
