shallow water drive flip switch location 1978 35hp evinrude

Hello everyone.
I am considering the Panther Johnson/Evinrude integral power tilt and trim unit for my 1978 35hp Evinrude. The Panther product description indicates that motors must have their shallow water drive flip switch located on the side of the motor. I am not familiar with this switch or it's location. Can anyone enlighten me? Thank you in advance.
