Reed plate torque for 71 4HP Evinrude

Hi All. I'm ready to reinstall the reed plate but cannot find torque values in my OMC manual. Appreciate it if anyone knows. Thanks, Rick.

Here are the torque specs for a 1974 4 horse. In my manual they are on page 2-3
No. 6 7-10 inch-pounds
No. 8 15-22 inch-pounds
No. 10 25-35 inch-pounds
No. 12 35-40 inch-pounds
1/4" 60-80 inch-pounds
5/16" 120-140 inch-pounds 10-12 foot-pounds
3/8" 220-240 inch-pounds 18-20 foot-pounds

Thank you. I saw that chart after so I went 70 in/lbs. I was looking for something more specific but just doesn't seem to be there. Rick.
