92 Johnson 150 HP Not Starting When Air Temp >90 F.

Any thoughts why my 92 Johnson 150 HP will not start when the air temp is above 90F? Seems to start OK when it is cooler outside. It has done this over numerous years.

Are you using the choke procedures on it correctly ??

I believe I am, with priming if does not start without. Can raise fast idle lever if believe flooded.
