Timing a 1978 Evinrude 115

Ok guys, I need help. I have got a 1978 115 Evinrude that I have completly torn down for rebuild, model #115899C if it matters. I have it sent to the machine shop now for the boring and have my rebuild kit on it's way. I can put this back together with no problem but I'm not sure how I would time a outboard motor. I know it should be easy but I have just never done it. I have rebuild car engines many times but just never something that is two stroke. I f anyone could tell me the steps for doing this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.....

Go to the Top Secret Files at the begining of this forum and look through them. Joe Reeves has a good procedure.
