Relays for OMC Trim/Tilt Control on 1987 Johnson 70 hp

It was suggested that I start by changing the two (up/down) relays to fix a problem with my power tilt/trim -- it goes up but not down. Does anyone know off-hand where the relays would be located? Thanks!

If you have the 2 wire system follow the blue and green wires from the trim motor up into the engine I assume under the cowl of the engine. Good luck

When you find the relays, try swapping them and see what happens. They're in a box with a black cover on it.
