I have a 1972 Evinrude 125. I have been unable to get it running. I took the sparkplugs out, attached them to the sparkplug wires and checked them for spark. As soon as the key is turned on, a buzzing sound can be heard as well as a continuous ark of one of the spark plugs. I am thinkink power pack problem, however because of the expense of one I want to be sure that is the problem. Any help will be appreciated.
