2003-2004 (40hp) Johnson the up trim stopped working what part number?

I have a 2003-2004 (40-hp) Johnson Model # J40PL4SR.

The down trim works fine but the up trim stopped working so Im thinking the up solenoid has went bad.

1) Can someone tell me the part number or a link to the part I need to order?
2) Can someone please verify from the picture below where its located on the motor? I placed a blue arrow next to what I think is the up solenoid?

Also if anyone has a link to the owners manual that would be much apperciated. I didnt get one with the boat and motor to see what part numbers are for the plugs, oil filter, ect..

Im not asking for the motor full manual just the owners manual like you would recieve with the motor when you buy it.

Swap the solenoids around once and see what happens. You can find parts at shop.evinrude. com. Also if you have a volt meter those solenoids are real easy to troubleshoot.
