I don't think you are going to find anything online for that engine, can't even find newer ones online. You could try E-BAY or google KEN COOK, they have factory reprints, but I don't if they have them that old.
Are you looking for a parts manal?

I'm just trying to find like the original user manual that shows basic operation and maintenance and that type of stuff. I have just purchased an HS-10 working. It has a weird fuel leak but still runs. The leak seams to be only under certain circumstances like un pressurized fuel tank. Looks like it Comes from one of the few screws on the bottom Maybe its just a little gasket or something near the carberator. Maybe the floater is stuck, I dont know.

I know that I have parts manuals back to 1946, I will dig through some boxes and see if I can find anything on your engine, will PM you if I can find anything.
