How many turns out from seated does a motor like this typically run at?

Is there a procedure to tune each carb or is it just an approximation (ie, run each carb 2.5 turns out for the most part and adjust all the carb in or out the same amount....or do most people have one carb at 2 turns out, one at 1.5 turns out, and the other two are at 3 turns out, for example.)

I soaked and cleaned my carbs and forgot to check where everything was at before I tore it all apart. Now I need a starting point.

Starting point would be about 1.5 to 2 turns out on all carbs. It's important that all carbs be set the same way (within reason).

You can get it close on the muffs, you NEED to be on the lake to get it right.
