2005 J150PLSOE 150hp V6 Saltwater Johnson - Possible to read hours? Diagnostic?

I'm having trouble figuring out whether or not this engine has a built in diagnostic port or hour meter.

Anyone know for sure? I'm going to look at it later and want to see if I can get as much info out of it as I can. The owner said it has 23hrs, but I'm not sure how he would know if you can't pull the hours from a ECM or something.

Carburated? If yes, no port or computer.

I'm assuming it is carb'd.

It is 2005, not FICHT...which I think only leaves Carbs. I haven't seen it in person yet though. I'm pretty sure it is a 'loop charged' V6...which is carb'd.
