Torque Spec on Flywheel for 69' Johnson 4hp

Does anyone know the torque spec for the flywheel on a 1969 Johnson 4hp, model number 4w69b, weedless version?

When I last put it on I didn't know that it needed to be torqued correctly and just tightened it with an impact gun. Not extremely tight but tight.

Did I do any damage to the flywheel or other parts?

The engine has only been started 1 time and just idled for 15 minutes in a barrel of water.

Torque to 30-40ft.lbs. Remove the flywheel and see if you damaged the key by using the impact gun.
