Hi there, I have an 82 Johnson 90 hp model J90TLCNB. I just rebuilt the carbs, put on a new fuel pump and installed all new fuel lines. did a decarb according to the instructions on this forum with sea foam. On the water for the first time today and it is doing the same thing as last year, not idling properly in the water, stalling when taken off high idle and shifted into gear. I brought it home and checked the spark. 3 of 4 cylinders have a strong blue spark that easily jumps a 7/16-1/2 inch gap. one cylinder does not, i can barely get it to jump a 1/8 gap, there is still spark there but not nearly as much as the others. does this mean I have a weak coil on that cylinder? Suggestions? I thought I had everything taken care of and expected it to run smooth today, this is getting frustrating. any help is appreciated. thank you.
